To be safe, I cleared all of my Dave files when I was in the application. It booted fine! No errors and the corrupt file is gone from my System Storage section.

Backed out of the screen and loaded the Tropico 6 application.

The "Player Profile" downloaded and now appears in my System Storage section.

Selected, "Player Profile" as a checked item and then selected, "Download".

I moved to the Online Storage section, saw my, "Player Profile" file.

System Storage was showing saves as well as a large Corrupt file.

On this new screen I could see the save files on my System Storage and the ones tied to the cloud in Online Storage(I'm a PS Plus user).

Selected, "Upload/Download Save Data" from the sub menu.

Selected the, "Options" button on my controller.

Scrolled to the application square/icon.

My system downloaded an update on which didn't remedy my issue.Īll is this said, I thought I'd share what DID work for me. Anyone else having this issue Uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice, verified the installation, and uninstalled RGB software. I've read that some people believed the leap year to cause the application to boot incorrectly and to wait for an update. TROPICO 6 Reinstalled the game to play the new update but the game crashes before it can reach the main screen every single time.

I scouted many blogs and posts with no real solution.

Deleted the application on my system and re-downloaded the game, hoping the fresh install would work.this did not remedy my issue.Was then stuck in a incessant loop and the game never loaded.Then was hit with a corruption notification.Was prompted to select, "X" on my controller to continue.
